Yesterday President Trump issued an Executive Order with far-ranging impacts for Federal contractors and grantees related to anti-discrimination plans, affirmative action plans, and DEI initiatives. The EO works a significant change to settled expectations and compliance programs, and forecasts significant enforcement efforts against Federal contractors and grantees that run afoul of what the Administration views as discrimination.
